What this is

Conciliatorics is a perspective inside Systemics: it aims to reconcile the ways we approach systems. The starting model is Behavior Dynamics — one phenomenon (Behavior: members transforming a medium) and three entities (System, Member, Medium).

From there the treatise builds a four-parcel grid (method × focus):

When edification turns inward and becomes an ideology, those become ossifications (Scientism, Technologism, Philosophism, Aestheticism). Inventive Conciliation restores function, via the Parcels Council — six standing articles, not a checklist.

The book then develops two parcels: EIC (Philosophy, Parts 2–5) in depth, and EIT (Technology, Part 6) as the concrete counterpart. Sciences and Arts are scoped out on purpose.

Part 1 — Introduction

Sets the frame: Systemics as a container (not a forced unification of all systems work), Conciliatorics as the reconciling perspective inside it. Then:

• Systemic Intervention → Inventive Intervention (work the medium first)
• Inventive Parcellation — Contemplation/Transformation × Intrinsicality/Interstitiality
• Edification (continuous parcel development) vs Ossification (parcel over system; parentheses become brackets, S becomes s)
• Conciliation as ongoing restoration, never final

Philosophy is treated as the parcel most at risk of ossification, which is why EIC is developed first.

Part 2 — Edified Interstitial Contemplation

EIC’s model is Attributes Dynamics, bounded by two anchors:

• Regulation (opening rule set: Attribute Position, Attribute Operators, Attribute Jurisdiction)
• Synthesis (closing integration)

Between them: Structure (interstitial anatomy) and Status (interstitial physiology).

Key commitments:

• Work on the attribute pair, not isolated attributes
• Five operators: ≡ symmetry, ≢ asymmetry, ^ concatenation, ← accentuation, → modulation
• Jurisdictions with four boundary states: differentiation, overreach, dissociation, dissolution
• Primary Jurisdiction: Stillness/Movement (Q/M) and Simultaneity/Successiveness (Si/Su)
• Four representation types, given their own chapter: discursive, symbolic, graphic, schematic

EIC stays on interstitial attributes on purpose. Unbounded philosophical scope is named as a main cause of philosophism.

Part 3 — Attributes Structure (anatomy)

Accentuate the primary pairs: Pro-Stillness / Pro-Movement / Pro-Simultaneity / Pro-Successiveness. Concatenate those into four Structure Quadrants:

• Discernibility D = pQ ^ pSu
• Observability O = pM ^ pSu
• Resolutivity R = pQ ^ pSi
• Operativity E = pM ^ pSi

Accentuate a quadrant (keeping the other three in view) and you get Interstitial Anatomy: Discernment, Observation, Resolution, Operation (iD, iO, iR, iE). Potential state vs concrete action is kept distinct throughout.

Those four are then developed:

• Discernment — family tree down to six practical children: Property, Formation, Interaction, Preference, Standard, Criterion
• Observation — Assessment/Awareness = Acceptance; Relevance/Concentration = Alertness; both = Presence, treated as a resting point in a breathing cycle
• Resolution — Friction/Conflict × Chaos/Order = Potential, Stability, Suffering, Satisfaction = Temperance and Sacrifice = Viability
• Operation (originally the Compass) — Identity axis (Fronterization/Permeability) × Participation axis (Proceptivity/Receptivity) = Individual, Community, Orientation, Navigation

Part 4 — Attributes Status (physiology)

Cross the primary pairs instead of accentuating inside them:

• Consistency C / Impermanence I (reinforcing)
• Balance B / Imbalance b (canceling; both sides must stay available)

That yields four status dichotomies: Functionality C≡, Dysfunctionality C≢, Imperdurability I≡, Perdurability I≢. Functionality and (counterintuitively) imperdurability are the desirable poles.

Physiology types:

• Organic — perdurability longing of living systems
• Instrumental — functionality longing of artifacts
• Mixed — both at once (humanity is the near example)

Incompatibility Axiom: in a mixed system, functionality and perdurability cannot coexist. Seeking both produces either imperdurable functionality or perdurable dysfunctionality.

Status Decay: sickness → death (organic); breakage → destruction (instrumental); crisis → dissolution (mixed). Only mixed systems keep a path beyond the end state.

Part 5 — Attributes Synthesis

Physiology modulates anatomy (oΣ, iΣ, mΣ). Mixed synthesis splits:

• Unification uΣ — perdurable dysfunctionality (empire)
• Conciliation cΣ — imperdurable functionality (presidential term)

The Conciliation Pathway is iterated imperdurable functionality: like cells in a tissue — each instance dies; the larger function continues.

Status Reciprocity maps that onto familiar intrinsic terms: Unification ↔ Centralization, Conciliation ↔ Decentralization. Blockchain/DAOs, government, and local organizations are named as live surfaces for that cut.

Then the treatise draws a line:

• Core EIC — Attributes Dynamics through Status Reciprocity; complete and coherence-checked
• Edge EIC — further development of individual pieces, not required to be symmetric

Operational Status is the first Edge piece: Sub/Supra (functional accentuation) and Hypo/Hyper (dysfunctional accentuation) applied to the four compass directions. Predator/prey and gut-barrier examples.

Part 6 — Edified Intrinsic Transformation

EIT exists so EIC is not only tested against invented examples. The intended EIC/EIT relationship is Systemic Diplomacy (healthy differentiation, not overreach, silo, or amalgam).

Developed so far:

• AI Assistance — graded by readiness (validated consistency work, derived case-record checks, theoretical derivation). Interpretive judgement stays with the intervener, and a later stage of readiness does not lift that limit
• Schematic Vectors — supply (into the record; the user commits the placement; closed to AI tools), probe (testing records already committed; open), expound (out into the other representations; open, and not a route back)
• YAML Library — the schematic pattern, YAML chosen so both humans and AIs can read it natively
• YAML Glossary — first built instance of that library; template for later instances (case library, diagram metadata, knowledge graph, operator grammar — those last ones are named, not built)
